Styles

Karate Do

Sabaki Jissen style.

Combination of defence and offense in one movement, a continuous contact style following concepts of sword movements. Students perform applied Jo Staff and Iai sword kata patterns of Mushashi.

Advanced students perform throws and grappling techniques.

Iai - Sword

Toyama Ryu.

Muso Jikiden Eishen Ryu - Battodo.

Yagyu Shinkage Ryu.

Jujutsu

Yawara - Military armed and unarmed combat techniques.

Myo Shin Ryu - Dai Nippon Butokukai recognised Ryu style in 2000.

Shinden Ryu - Koryu.

Takenouchi Ryu - Koryu.

Breathwork & Meditation

Samurai mindfulness of 1500’s.
